Information transfer in a new form: 3 training calls to go over slides. Big difference - CCS has added video tours of all the volunteer houses! I not only got to see whenever I will be in Bangkok but went back to look at our accommodations in Morocco.
More exciting is listening to lectures on tape about the way Buddhism has grown and adapted to various countries. In Thailand one of the oldest forms still exists and 98%of the people are Buddhists. It will be very different from what I saw in India which I was Tibetan Buddhism in exile.
And I stumbled into a Thai historical epic: Siam Falcon. Good old Amazon!
So groundwork is being laid and excitement is building. Departure date is now July 27, for 3 weeks.
